Round Body Damascus Pen
This solid Damascus pen was made out of a solid billet of Chris Marks steel. The cap on this one is a slip snap fit and was made that way as an experiment with an alternate way to attach a cap. As the whole pen is an experiment with the use of Damascus steel it is rather heavy. The changing color along the length of the pen is obtained by differentially heating the length of the barrel. The cap was also made out a twisted version of the same steel made into the main barrel. Here are some additional pictures.
